Summit County Common Pleas General Division Reentry Courts
Clients may enter the program if granted Judicial Release in one of the four General Division Courts that operate the Reentry Court Program. Clients can expect to graduate in about one year barring any imposed sanctions, which can prolong their placement. The Summit County Reentry Court Program has a success/retention rate of 69%
